Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Padi Plan account and its data at any time. There is no charge and no waiting on a reply.
From inside the app (fastest)
- Open Padi Plan and sign in.
- Go to the Me tab (bottom right).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and personal data are deleted immediately — no email and no follow-up needed.
If you cannot open the app
Email us from the mobile number's associated address (or include your registered mobile number) and we will delete the account for you: pecotechsolutions@gmail.com. We action these within 7 days.
What is deleted
Everything personal is destroyed: your mobile number, name, photo, saved addresses, family member details, uploaded documents (ID / shop verification), notification tokens and sign-in sessions. Your vendor listings stop being visible to anyone.
What is kept, anonymised. A few records belong to other people as much as to you — an annadanam booking a sannidhanam is relying on, or a rating a vendor has earned. These are detached from your identity and cannot be traced back to you. They are kept only so other devotees do not lose records that are also theirs.
One exception
If you are the only admin of a sannidhanam that other devotees have joined, the app asks you to make someone else an admin first, so its members do not lose their announcements and pooja schedules. After that, deletion proceeds normally.
