Terms of Use
Padi Plan helps Ayyappa devotees find and organise sannidhanams, padi poojas, events, annadanam and seva. These terms, including the community rules below, apply to everyone who uses the app or the website. By tapping Agree and continue in the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Padi Plan.
1. Your account
- You sign in with your own mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for what is done from your account.
- Give true details about yourself. Do not create an account for someone else or pretend to be another person or organisation.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Padi Plan.
2. Community rules
Padi Plan is a shared space for devotees. Everything you post — announcements, messages, event details, photos, posters, listings, reviews and feedback — must follow these rules:
- Respect every devotee. No abuse, harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or insults about anyone's caste, religion, gender, region or language.
- No objectionable content. No sexual or nude content, graphic violence, content that encourages self-harm, or anything illegal.
- No fraud. No fake events, false donation or annadanam requests, scams, misleading vendor listings, or pretending to be someone else.
- Protect privacy. Share other people's phone numbers, addresses or photos only with their permission.
- No spam. No repeated or unrelated advertising. Vendors may promote their services only through their vendor listing.
- Respect the tradition. Do not post content meant to mock or insult the beliefs and practices of devotees.
3. Reporting and blocking
If you see content or a user that breaks these rules, use Report in the app, or write to us at the address below. You can also block a user so you no longer see their posts and messages. Our team reviews every report and acts on it as quickly as we can.
4. What you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You give Padi Plan permission to store it and show it to the other users it is meant for (for example, the members of your sannidhanam, or everyone, for public events), only for running the app. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.
5. Donations, events and vendors
- Padi Plan does not handle money. Donations and payments are made directly to the organiser or vendor concerned. Padi Plan records what organisers tell us, but is not a party to these payments.
- Events, poojas and annadanam are organised by devotees and sannidhanams, who are responsible for them. Please take normal care when attending.
- Vendors are independent businesses. We check vendors before listing them, but we do not guarantee their services. Any agreement is between you and the vendor.
6. Using the service fairly
Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of Padi Plan, collect other users' data, or use the app for anything unlawful.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Padi Plan accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. Timings, schedules and news may change; please confirm important details with the organiser or official sources. To the extent the law allows, Padi Plan and Peco Tech Solutions are not liable for losses arising from content posted by users, from events or vendors, or from the app being unavailable.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Padi Plan at any time and delete your account from Me → Delete account in the app, or from our Delete your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, the app will ask you to read and agree to them again before you continue. The date at the top always shows the current version.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. సమాజ నియమాలు

- ప్రతి భక్తుడిని గౌరవించండి. దూషణ, వేధింపులు, బెదిరింపులు, ద్వేషపూరిత మాటలు, లేదా కులం, మతం, లింగం, ప్రాంతం, భాష గురించి అవమానాలు వద్దు.
- అభ్యంతరకరమైన కంటెంట్ వద్దు. లైంగిక లేదా నగ్న కంటెంట్, తీవ్ర హింస, ఆత్మహానిని ప్రోత్సహించే కంటెంట్ లేదా చట్టవిరుద్ధమైనవి వద్దు.

3. రిపోర్ట్ చేయడం మరియు బ్లాక్ చేయడం
ఈ నియమాలను ఉల్లంఘించే కంటెంట్ లేదా వినియోగదారుని చూస్తే, యాప్‌లో రిపోర్ట్ ఉపయోగించండి, లేదా క్రింది చిరునామాకు మాకు రాయండి. ఒక వినియోగదారుని బ్లాక్ చేస్తే వారి పోస్టులు, సందేశాలు మీకు కనిపించవు. మా బృందం ప్రతి రిపోర్టును పరిశీలించి వీలైనంత త్వరగా చర్య తీసుకుంటుంది.
4. మీరు పోస్ట్ చేసేవి

5. విరాళాలు, కార్యక్రమాలు మరియు వెండర్లు

- వెండర్లు స్వతంత్ర వ్యాపారాలు. లిస్ట్ చేసే ముందు మేము వారిని పరిశీలిస్తాము, కానీ వారి సేవలకు హామీ ఇవ్వము. ఏ ఒప్పందమైనా మీకు మరియు వెండర్‌కు మధ్యనే.
6. సేవను న్యాయంగా ఉపయోగించడం
పడి ప్లాన్‌ను దెబ్బతీయడానికి, ఓవర్‌లోడ్ చేయడానికి లేదా భద్రతను దాటవేయడానికి, ఇతర వినియోగదారుల డేటాను సేకరించడానికి, లేదా చట్టవిరుద్ధమైన పనులకు యాప్‌ను ఉపయోగించడానికి ప్రయత్నించవద్దు.
7. లభ్యత మరియు బాధ్యత
పడి ప్లాన్‌ను ఖచ్చితంగా, అందుబాటులో ఉంచడానికి మేము కృషి చేస్తాము, కానీ ఇది ఉన్నది ఉన్నట్లుగా అందించబడుతుంది. సమయాలు, షెడ్యూళ్లు, వార్తలు మారవచ్చు; ముఖ్యమైన వివరాలను నిర్వాహకుడితో లేదా అధికారిక వనరులతో నిర్ధారించుకోండి. చట్టం అనుమతించినంత వరకు, వినియోగదారులు పోస్ట్ చేసిన కంటెంట్, కార్యక్రమాలు లేదా వెండర్ల వల్ల, లేదా యాప్ అందుబాటులో లేకపోవడం వల్ల కలిగే నష్టాలకు పడి ప్లాన్ మరియు Peco Tech Solutions బాధ్యత వహించవు.
8. ఉపయోగం ముగించడం
మీరు ఎప్పుడైనా పడి ప్లాన్ ఉపయోగించడం ఆపవచ్చు, యాప్‌లో Me → Delete account నుండి లేదా మా ఖాతా తొలగింపు పేజీ నుండి మీ ఖాతాను తొలగించవచ్చు. ఈ నిబంధనలను ఉల్లంఘించే ఖాతాలను మేము నిలిపివేయవచ్చు లేదా మూసివేయవచ్చు.
9. ఈ నిబంధనల్లో మార్పులు
ఈ నిబంధనలను గణనీయంగా మార్చితే, కొనసాగే ముందు వాటిని మళ్లీ చదివి అంగీకరించమని యాప్ మిమ్మల్ని అడుగుతుంది. పైన ఉన్న తేదీ ఎల్లప్పుడూ ప్రస్తుత వెర్షన్‌ను చూపిస్తుంది.
10. చట్టం
